FLT Sandwich

- 2 slices of bread
- 3 tomato slices
- 2 pieces of feta cheese about 40 gr. each
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- Lettuce for garnish
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp sugar
- Mix everything in a nonreactive bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour, maximum two hours.
- Take the two slices of bread.
- Brush them with the olive oil on both sides.
- Put them on a skillet and brown them on both sides.
- Do the same with the tomatoes and the feta cheese.
- Take the first slice of bread and put the feta cheese.
- Above it place the tomatoes and lettuce and on top pour a little bit from the mayo sauce.
