Ingredients/ Συστατικά
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 3 tomato slices
  • 2 pieces of feta cheese about 40 gr. each
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • Lettuce for garnish
For the Mayo Dressing
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp sugar

For the Mayo Dressing
  1. Mix everything in a nonreactive bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour, maximum two hours.
  2. Take the two slices of bread.
  3. Brush them with the olive oil on both sides.
  4. Put them on a skillet and brown them on both sides.
  5. Do the same with the tomatoes and the feta cheese.
  6. Take the first slice of bread and put the feta cheese.
  7. Above it place the tomatoes and lettuce and on top pour a little bit from the mayo sauce.
