Asian Chicken

- 800 gr. / 28 oz. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- 6 white button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cm / 0.7 in. fresh ginger
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- ½ cup rice wine
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- Sesame oil
- In a wok or a deep skillet add couple of tbsp. of sesame oil and sauté the chicken until is half done.
- Remove and keep warm
- In the same skillet pour couple more sesame oil and sauté all the vegetables, onion and garlic except the ginger.
- When they are soft and almost done pour all the ingredients for the sauce plus the sugar and mix.
- Let it cook for a minute or two in high heat adding the ginger grated and it’s done.
