Chicken in Honey Mustard Sauce

- 700 gr. / 25 oz. chicken breasts no skin, no bones
- ½ cup Dijon mustard
- ½ cup whole grain mustard
- ½ cup honey
- At least 6 hours before cooking, mix the two types of mustard and the honey.
- Cut the chicken breasts length wise so as to have two thinner pieces for every piece of chicken.
- Put the chicken pieces and the mixture of mustard and honey in a storage box made out of glass and keep them in the fridge.
- When you are ready to cook them, take a large skillet, put it on the stove at high heat throw the chicken as well as the marinate.
- When it starts to bubble, lower heat to medium/high.
- Cook until marinate is absorbed and chicken becomes golden.
- Serve with rice or salad or as I did with Arabic pitas.
I have done this several times. The time I took the pictures I've decided to cut chicken in small pieces and serve it over pitas.
