As we leave 2013 and 2014 is just a breath away I wanted to share with you some of the dishes that I loved and you loved during this year. When I make something, I give all my love and passion! I try all sorts of recipes. Some of them are really good and some of them are a flop. In order for a recipe to be eligible to be posted, it has to be above average and pass the tests of my family and friends.
Through this site, I try to show you not only the food we eat in this tiny little land, but also some of our customs, traditions and history. And it is not an exaggeration to say that although this country is small in size and population, yet it has a very rich history that goes back thousands of years. I hope you’ve enjoyed my narrations and you were able to take a small pick at this history. If there is something you would like from me to change or add, please be free to say it! I will be more than happy to see your comments positive or negative!
Spinach and Goat Cheese Muffins
By writing these articles not only do you better understand my country, but it also helps me learn some things I didn’t even know. Before I write every single post, I make a research so as to be able to give you a more accurate perspective. Duringmy researches, I’ve learned so many details unknown to me about the subjects I presented to you. So, not only you but also I am learning new things about Greece.
I picked some of the recipes that you liked during 2013 and some of them I really enjoyed making.

I would like to wish to all of you my friends a very Happy and Prosperous New Year. Every dream you have, every wish let it become a reality. And if 2013 is leaving with a bittersweet flavor, let 2014 be the year that will fill you with happiness and love. From the bottom of my heart I wish to all of you Happy 2014.
