Crepes

- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 lt / 34 fl. oz. milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- Shift the flour.
- Let everything arrive at room temperature before you mix them all.
- Mix everything in a bowl.
- Let the batter rest for half an hour.
- If the batter is very thick add some milk if it is very watery add some flour.
- Make the crepes either in the crepe machine or by adding ¼ of the batter in a buttered non stick skillet in medium heat.
