Ingredients/ Συστατικά
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lt / 34 fl. oz. milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
Instructions/ Εκτέλεση
  1. Shift the flour.
  2. Let everything arrive at room temperature before you mix them all.
  3. Mix everything in a bowl.
  4. Let the batter rest for half an hour.
  5. If the batter is very thick add some milk if it is very watery add some flour.
  6. Make the crepes either in the crepe machine or by adding ¼ of the batter in a buttered non stick skillet in medium heat.
