Hot Chocolate and A Winner

For the Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream 35% fat
For the Hot Chocolate
  • 2 cups full fat milk
  • 150 gr. dark chocolate 60% cocoa
  • 50 gr. dry milk
  • 5 gr. corn starch
Instructions/ Εκτέλεση
  1. First make the whipped cream by beating in your stand mixer until soft peaks are formed and put it in the fridge.
For the Chocolate
  1. In a pot add the milk and bring to boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium.
  3. Throw the chocolate and whisk until it melts.
  4. Throw the dry milk and corn starch having mix them previously.
  5. Increase the heat to high and whisk constantly until the chocolate thickens.
  6. Remove from fire pour in glasses and serve adding a dollop of whipped cream on top.
  7. If you want to make it even more decadent pour some caramel syrup on top.
