Mustard Potatoes

  • 10 potatoes
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder or one onion chopped
  • 2 tsp oregano
Instructions/ Εκτέλεση
  1. Cut potatoes in thick pieces.
  2. In your pressure cooker add everything and bring to boil.
  3. Close the pressure cooker and cook according to your manufacturer’s instructions for 40 minutes.
  4. Remove, let the cooker rest and emit the steam and open the lid.
  5. Transfer the potatoes and their juices to a pan or pyrex and broil for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the potatoes have taken a nice golden color.
  6. Serve with the lemon chicken.
