Chocolate Cake

- 1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- ¾ cup cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup crème fraiche
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup hot water
- Preheat oven to 175° C / 350° F.
- Butter and flour a bundt cake pan.
- In the mixer bowl shift the flour along with the other dry ingredients.
- In bowl mix the eggs, the crème fraiche, the oil and the vanilla.
- With the mixer on low speed start throwing the wet ingredients into the dry.
- Finally, throw the hot water and mix just until incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the knife comes out clean.
- You can eat it like plain or with melted chocolate or with heavy whipping cream. Enjoy!
