A quick and very easy recipe to compensate for the crème caramel which although seems quite difficult, in reality is not as much. Anyway, this is a salad I make very often because it is refreshing, healthy, nutritious and tasty. Also, if you boil the beet roots and put them in the refrigerator, you can consume them in small portions during the week.

Beet root Salad with Yogurt Sauce
For one person
4 bulbs of beet root
200 gr. yogurt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
1 garlic glove smashed or ½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp water

Cut the beet roots in pieces. In a bowl mix all the other ingredients. Take a salad bowl put the beet roots and the sauce and mix.
