Instructions
For the Dough
If you have a bread machine you put all the ingredients in at the dough program and let it do all the work for you.
If you do not have the machine then you will have to do it the old fashion way.
You put all the dry ingredients together and then add the water and oil and knead until you make a ball that does not stick to your hands.
At the end of both ways, you work with the dough, form it in a rectangular or circular disk and put it in a round or rectangular tray.
How thick the dough will be, depends on how thick you want the crust.
For the Tomato Sauce
You combine everything in a saucepan, bring to boil and then simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
This makes one cup.
You will only need about 5 tbsp for this pizza or to your liking.
The rest you can put it in the freezer and use it in the future.
Now the last stage
Putting everything together.
Preheat the oven at 200° C / 400 ° F.
Oil a pan and place the dough, add the tomato sauce, above it the ham, pepperoni and bacon cut in small stripes followed by the cheeses and finally the pepper.
