Christmas mains

Christmas is just a breath away, literally and I am continuing my presentations of alternatives for Christmas Eve and Day. As my family consists of three, I thought of sharing with you main courses that are for small families or empty nests. Very easy to make, elegant and very tasty will please your taste buds plus you will be able to present something a bit out of the ordinary. I also included one fish choice and one vegetarian for those who avoid meat, so in this gallery there is one dish for every taste.

I also have the winners of the giveaway for two books for my foreign readers and two books for my Greek ones.

GIVEAWAY

Through blogging I had the chance to meet some really wonderful talented people around the world. One of them is Susanne Bacon. Susanne was born in Stuttgart, Germany, where she later acquired a Master’s degree in literature and linguistics. She has been working as a journalist for local newspapers and trade magazines for the creative industry for over 20 years. She lives with her husband in the South Puget Sound region in Washington State. When she is not writing, she spends her time reading, crafting, and exploring places. “Delicate Dreams” was actually inspired by working in a German deli in her US hometown and, of course, her passionate love of cooking and all things food.

Susanne found my blog on Facebook a while ago and as she says, is totally inspired by her delicious recipes. Susanne also invites you to like her Facebook site  https://www.facebook.com/susannebaconauthor/?ref=aymt_homepage_panel

Susanne is a wonderful, full of life and optimism person and that depicts in her books too. She offers three signed copies if her latest novel “Delicate Dreams” to three lucky readers of my blog. I’ve read the book and I enjoyed every single page. It is full of food and Christmas images and I cannot find a better gift for this time of year. Competition is open worldwide until Sunday 20th of December local time which is GMT+2. Good luck to all of you!
